spoke about their Experience Center in Ede: De Fietser.

Its digital platform, made by SphereMall, was named as the flagship of the direction Accell Netherlands has taken to guide dealers and consumers in the purchase of a new bicycle. De Fietser was also mentioned as an example for consumer centricity, which goes a step further than the well-known customer journey.
