In a more and more digitalizing world, I find it very important to keep a personal touch with users. I was thrilled when I heard I was joining a company that had the same vision about online personalization.
In my role as a UX designer, I will make sure the user’s needs and wishes are perfectly translated into a user-friendly and personal design. UX design never stops, since it’s a process of constant iteration. It doesn’t stop with the product release because a designer keeps learning, which drives future improvements. Besides the actual design part, it’s important for me to stay close to the end users and involve them in my process by interviews or user tests.
Besides my work at SphereMall, I spend my time on trying new food hotspots and discovering new places. As a real social media enthusiast, I also share a lot of #foodie and #travelgram pics or a vlog for a local online platform in Rotterdam.
