SphereMall is a young scale up and is rapidly growing. For this reason, we are recruiting a Customer Success Manager who knows how to engage our customers and on a strategic level help them to create the best results.

We are the experts of personalization. We help companies to provide consumers the most personalized, convenient and effective shopping experience. Huge assortments can leave customers feeling overwhelmed. Our software learns what customers like, protects them from irrelevant products and helps them find the perfect options. We developed our own algorithm that knows how to interpret preferences, taste, and emotion of individual consumers. By leveraging big data and technology we not only personalize but also surprise with new products that really fit someone's preferences.

At our offices in The Netherlands, Ukraine and the United States of America, we work together as an international innovative family building our own software that ultimately makes the ever-growing online assortment more easily accessible and browsable which results in happier consumers.

 

AS A CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER, YOU

  • build a relationship with our customers and like to exceed their expectations;
  • create a roadmap together with the customers and brief the customer success team to realize the goals you have set;
  • clarify the objectives, goals and strategies of the customers by creating an OGSM;
  • are part of a team of 4 specialist with whom you work on the different projects, because together everyone achieves more.

 

YOU

  • are passionate about working in e-commerce;
  • like to build and maintain relationships and know how to deliver an excellent service (which includes negotiating when you think a request is not in the customer’s best interest)
  • have at least 3 years of experience in ecommerce or consulting;
  • are able to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • speak both English and Dutch at an advanced level;
  • work in a structured manner and know how to apply your analytical skills;
  • have a master degree and are fulltime available to start working in our Breda office.
